Overview

Package root for the envelope namespace and the retained tree namespace.

The file re-exports the namespaces abi and tree and declarations from both. No file under lib/ui/src outside lib/ui/src/profiling imports filigree, windowing, vt, gui, tui, or sys. The test at lib/ui/src/imports.zig enforces it.
